Building skills and confidence one session at a time
July 4th has come and gone and we are enjoying a bit of summer break. For us this is a time to wind down and spend more time with family and friends!
While we enjoy the downtime, we are also getting ready for the upcoming fall sessions. With the upcoming fall season it is also a start for some of our rising K players who will be starting a new school. Last year we wanted to help break the ice using the game of lacrosse and hosted a rising K sticks only session so players could meet some people they would be seeing around their new schools.
We will be hosting a 2nd annual Kindergarten Inro Session on Aug 19th and 20th right before the start of school.
Secondly, we have partnered with Darien Parks and Rec again to host our Advanced game play sessions at Highland Farm Park for 1-3rd graders. (Boys on Monday and Girls on Wed). These 1.5 hr sessions start with skill work and then focus on game play.
Lastly, we will continue to host our Backyard Basic sessions, operating 7 days a week to meet your convenience. Your friends, your house, we show up and run them through our age appropriate curriculum to teach skills but mostly to help develop a love for the game and competition.
